A plan is a decision, not a drawing.

A flat plan hides the thing you actually need to judge: how a space feels once it is lived in. Lifting the same measured plan into three dimensions puts sightlines, proportion and furniture where you can argue about them, before a wall moves or a sofa is bought.

What I do

  • 3D Floor Plans

    A measured plan drawn as a room you can walk through with your eyes: furniture placed, materials chosen, sightlines resolved before anything is bought or moved.

  • Full-Property Design

    Every room of a home or apartment resolved as one scheme, so the kitchen, the hall and the bedrooms read as decisions made by the same person on the same day.

  • Consultation & Concept

    Direction, drawings and a decided scheme, handed over for someone else to execute. No site supervision, no procurement.

  • Room by Room

    One room taken all the way: layout, light, materials and furniture, for a space that is holding the rest of the home back.

  • Commercial Spaces

    Offices, studios, retail and hospitality, planned around how people actually move through them and how long they are expected to stay.

  • Real-Estate Editing

    Listing imagery made to sell: photographs corrected and relit, empty rooms virtually furnished, and redesign proposals that show a buyer what a property could become.
